Tom Campbell is Ricky Pampang. He is a settler of white european and Kadazan descent, whose families travelled to nipaluna/hobart from scotland and borneo. His work is about the risks and promises that sit at the intersection of the fundraising labour he is paid to do, queerness, and the relationship between his own cultural heritage and whiteness as a monolithic machine. He works on Ngunawal/Ngunnawal/Ngambri land and cares about the joy found through parties, gardening, organising, walking, and conversations.
